Privacy policy

NoLED will require access to some sensitive information such as READ_PHONE_STATE, GET_ACCOUNTS and READ_CONTACTS. None of this is transmitted out of the device because NoLED does not require nor does it have the INTERNET access permission. I am an independent developer and I can't even afford a legal official privacy policy but here is how NoLED uses these sensitive permissions:

android.permission.RECEIVE_SMS/MMS: to know when a new sms is received.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE: to get the status of ongoing calls so as not to display notifications while you're on call
android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS: to set different colors for your local accounts' emails
android.permission.READ_CONTACTS: To get the photos of the contacts when a missed call or sms is received.
